Idea 3, Chariot's
Chariot's would be a add on to horse's, you would buy chariot's at the champion's quild for around 40k, Chariot's are bacicly used for combat, When you are in your chariot and have bow/crossbow and some arrow's/bolt's you can fire at monster's, also you can add spike's at the center of your wheel's for meele combat, though sometime's you skipe's might break.

Bronze spike, description: Nothing to good, very common to find, Weapon Aim: 7. Weapon Power: 7.
Iron spike, description: It's ok, better than a bronze spike, and less common to find, Weapon Aim: 10. Weapon Power: 12.
Steel spike, description: A medium spike, only droped by White knight's, Weapon Aim: 15. Weapon Power: 13
Black spike, description: A very rare spike, only found deep in the heart of the wildy. Weapon Aim: 19. Weapon Power: 21.
Mith spike, description: good, not to common to find, Weapon Aim: 21. Weapon Power: 23.
Addy spike, description: pretty good, only droped by lesser demon's, Weapon Aim: 31. Weapon Power: 33
Rune spike, description: The best, only droped by greater demon's , Weapon Aim: 45. Weapon Power: 45.

If horse's are f2p, then the chariot will be f2p, and vise verca, I you want to know what chariot's going to look like then look at a wagon. ( i think there's one in lumbridge.)
