For the benifit of newbies to this board, who come along pretty often asking about it (hey sometimes its driven me mad and I am used to it)... Inactivity here is a given being that:

- SeeD is neutral clan. We rarely go to war in RS, and have never been top competitors in RS as far as pking gos.

- Seed no longer has its roots soley in RS, and having branched out into newer areas, people do not seem as interested in the old boards that were good at one point.

- The people who are or rather were good topic leaders are mostly gone from RS or with a Pking clan now.

If the new comers don't like how slow convo gos in here then start talking. not about the fact that you can post a kill and get a responce as much as a year later on it, but just about your kills, your axploits, and activities., hey you might even learn some things if your new to pking when you post, some of the older members (like ech) who are way up there in the pking end of things still come in here after all.... just don't go pestering them or they may send you away in bloody tears... I have seen it happen bluetongue.gif

Point being complianing about it wont change it...I guess you could put a tag in your sig to let people know the board exists if you wanted though.

Hey there we go...maybe some one with more free time then me could make some kewl pic premoting this place for people to add to there sigs if they want... " I support pk discution, and they support me... on an arm band, as a sheild" or something lol.

Ech's the best about combat-related things on RS. He deserves to be a moderator of PK discussion or all of the RS boards.

That kind of statement could step on some toes lol...But I would like to see him moded for this area at least... I am rarely around and lost with pking for new rs. Though this board does not really require much moderation ( I think it actualy needed 2 mod interventions in its entire history). It would be good to have some one be a mod here who is actualy here most the time, and knows what they are talking about lol...

I have been pulling for ech as a replacment for a while. I have always looked at my mod position with a willy nilly attitude. I have never cared about being a mod or not being a mod. If I actualy had something to do and time to do it that might be diferent...but for the most part this modship is a sheriff of mayberry position. bandit.gif

I know that it wont happen on my request or any one elses though lol. Its an admin thing, and if they think its a good idea at the time it will happen. But the only thing ranting, raving, and making sigs about such things will get is an annoyed admin.

I am fairly certian from watching the pattern of things that new mods are chosen based on:

Forumite - moderator ratios.

prospective moderator activity.

prospective moderator history.

prospective moderator favourability.

...thats just my opinion of how it works.

Or cspace may just loose more games of tic tac toe every now and again then we realise and have to give in on a bet hehehe. biglaugh.gif
