Too many stupid people on this planet. Sad thing is, in 30 years, we're probably gonna elect this kid as president.

I decided to remove the link and invis the posts, but I do want to note that this is not really illegal, infact it is very close to legal - yes you heard me. So before you people flame this person look at the facts, paypal does allow anyone to join and even though they say "eighteen and up" they very rarely confirm someone is over eighteen. And these links are annoying, however are completely legal, signing up to survey sites (and ad-click sites) is something that has existed for a quite long time.

It is also not against the rules since the player would own the account, and thereby Jagex would not see it as illegal, although paypal has closed such accounts down it is rare that they do so. Is it close to illegal? Yes. Is it illegal? No. Can it get you jailed? Probally, but how many cases? Look before you speak people, this was not a illegal way of doing it, but it CAN get you in trouble (paypal may see it as fraud, if you do not enter your phonenumber or real information, and the goverment MAY see it as fraud if you're not over eighteen).

I am keeping this closed but just wanted to note this now, because I saw how people ASSUMED this was against rules, but as far as I can tell it is not just very close to illegal. And yes they could sue you for FRAUD but it all depends on how you look at it, but trust me it's not completely illegal here (any questions? PM me. I'm keeping this closed, because I don't want flame wars).

Jeff.
