I added a new field for everyone's profiles... Primary Faction. While it is perfectly fine for members to belong to multiple factions, this field is for what everyone considers their primary faction: Where they are most active.

The field is visible in the topic view, and as such it must be limited in length. The logical thing to do would be to make the field intended for acronyms. It is currently set up this way, and is limited to four characters. It can be an acronym, a tag, or something else... Even non-standard characters used as a mark. It's up to the faction.

For our Runescape faction, by the way, enter "RS" for now. The faction's name is technically "SeeD" but it may cause a little confusion in that field, even though it would technically fit.

Nice idea, Cspace.

Potentially the only flaw I can see is it contributing to seperation between the factions at some later date, I think it's much more likely to be a positive thing though.
