Anyone that is in Cactuar. Please dont take the the alliance Balamb has with Centra. If anything I would want to try and steer a war away. If anything were to happen I would back up Centra. But I dont want Centra attacking Cactuar. If there is a war and Balamb has to come in, we will remain neutral as much as possible, unless we absolutely have to fight. If necessary we will defend ourselves. eek13.gif

Influnce other gardens and destroy the uninfluenced.
It's obvious that after gaining massive influence and control over the innocent gardens, Centra'll fully seize control. That's a common tactic.

Centra and TUGOTEC are different. Centra is the first victim of PSRCI, which is why a lot of TUGOTEC's actions occur within it. TUGOTEC stands for The United Gardens Opposed To Evil Communists, meaning that it is more than just Centra. Actually, most of Centra does not want to be affiliated in any way with TUGOTEC. biglaugh.gif
