Actually... he did. 
Shaun White has amazing arm strength. I ended up testing my strength against him and I honestly couldn't beat him. Although he couldn't do anything against me either so our arms weren't moving in any direction, only trembling, for about 1-2 minutes. We ended up stopping since it was a clear stalemate.
Although Seung Kwon must be extremely gutted. He actually got the highest grade point average in Music, yet he lost because Mr. Botting was too lazy to work everything out and held an arm wrestling competition instead.

It's amazing, but he actually did get top by grade point averages.
Shaun White got heaps of Excellences but he didn't get a lot of them in the standards which are worth the most credits so he lost to Seung by 3 points.
I could have beaten them both if I'd have gotten better marks in my two performances. Only got Achieved.
