Antony’s loyalty is a major factor in the play, as it is his conflicting loyalty that goes against Brutus and the conspirators, causing the conflict in the play.

Hmm... I'm pretty sure the play is about the conflict. You may need to tie that into your essay a bit more.

My introduction is pretty crappy...

But the idea of misinterpretation and deception is pretty strong running in the play.
