I'm still mad at how I was nearly in the top 1000 for Runecrafting and then they introduced bags for members and my rank just went downhill. I'd never raged so hard at Jagex in my life.

In other news, I actually used my moderator powers for once and deleted a whole bunch of spam in the DoA forums! Oh man I'm so excited about the beta weekend... although it's one of my best mate's 21st that night and I've got work that day. So mad. So I might just be sick that day... I mean, I never ever call in sick, ever. But it's so funny because as soon as the beta weekends have cropped up I've actually used sick leave for once. I'm pretty sure I've still got 15 days outstanding, compared to people who have next to none.

But dear god the beta client patch is so huge! 1.2k MB downloaded so far and it's still only at 22%. I might cry and have to leave this on overnight.

Hoping enough of us reach level 30 that we can try out the ascalonian catacombs as a guild. Not sure if it'll happen, but it'd be cool to try. Oh, and we should try to use your mesmer portals to drag Ari through a jumping puzzle!

Haha yeah I'll use all my tricks to get her through one. Oh man so freaking excited 10.5 hours to go! I've only had like 1 hour of sleep because I had to hand in a 3.5k essay today as well as do a presentation at 9am, and then work after uni until 6pm... probably going to go to bed in a moment so I can bask in the glory of a beta weekend at the crack of dawn. Hells yeah I'm starting early. Already convinced one of my workmates to come over and play it tomorrow so she should be buying it tonight.

I may have also told a few more people to come and join our guild so yeah. Fun times!

Haha I'm up half an hour early! Man it is so freaking good to wake up after sleeping for ages when you've had like no sleep the night before. My body might be ridiculously sore all over but I didn't even wake up once in the middle of the night (even though I'm only used to like 4-5 hours of sleep a night) so I'm freaking stoked. BRING ON THE BETA!

I'm gonna play for so long. But it's Courtney's 21st tonight so I'm gonna have to hop off early... *grumble grumble* but it's okay! I have all of Sunday (minus the traditional lunch date) to play it, and I might just pull an all nighter and go to work on Monday really tired. But it'll be so worth it.

Also, omgomgomg Pulsefire Ezreal skin for League of Legends has actually been completed! SO EXCITED. I'm actually going to get it, despite the truckload amount that it costs. I don't care. It looks amazing!

...but bye again, more or less permanently (at least until GW2 brings a burst of activity, and/or Desp decides to take initiative again and use his power as the only frikkin' admin to fix things). You might see me on GW1 once in awhile, and I do plan on picking up GW2 eventually even though I won't be preordering.

So I got took by GameStop. They told me the GW2 release date was the 26th. So I preordered the CE and paid it off in full, right?
Come to find out, the entire gamestop chain started a rumor of the release date so more folks would preorder. Dirty trick. Good trick, but dirty.

Anyways. I've got a CE GW2 set up. And two of my friends and my ladyfriend are preordering it soon as well.

Question is. What kind of server will you all be rolling on? PVP? RP? PVPRP? Regular?

Me and my crew are rolling PVPRP. Join us, eh?

My leave from work has been booked and approved. I have the beta weekend off as well as a whole week from when Guild Wars 2 is released. HELLS YEAH I AM READY. Me and my workmate are pretty much going to hole ourselves up for a week and just enjoy it since we organized to both take leave so we could bask in all its glory. OH MY GOD IT'S GOING TO BE AMAZING.

Sadly, release is during classes, so I can't just take off. But I am fine with no sleep September.

As you can see, I'm bored enough to already be theory crafting builds. I figured out a build for Rangers that hits like Graves, CC's like Ashe, AoE line shot like Caitlyn, with the health regen of Olaf, the ulty of Singed, and with a bloodthirster and atmas impaler. (High power, near permanent crits, health stacking, hp regen, aoe cc and default attacks, and a super steroid.)

It will be fuuuuuuun.
