"I see..." Reikin turns around. "Let us go then." Reikin, Kaylana, Elhrim all head for the pyramid.

You arrive at the pyramid. There is a main entrance, and a maintenance entrace. Which do you choose?

Reikin checks the maintenance entrance, while Elhrim stays at the entrance to alert him of any intruders. Kaylana follows Reikin.

You follow the maintenance tunnel until you reach a ledge. You peer down the pit to find that the path continues at the bottom. It's not too far a drop, but it's not one you'd like to fall through. There is a sturdy looking bar above you that looks like it was used for pulley systems.

"Construction was completed on this area, and the core rooms were sealed off by Nalaki the Guardian Tiger after the dark one came. We used this access corridor for construction in the final stages. We'll need a way to safely lower ourselves down the shoot if we wish to continue in this direction. " said Kaylana.

"Hm... Okay let's see if Elhrim can fit in here," says Reikin. He calls Elhrim.

[Neraphym]

The tunnel is too narrow.

[Bashae]

"Hmph! Sorry Elhrim, but you're gonna have to wait here for a bit," Reikin apologizes. Elhrim squawks in disgust as it heads back to the entrance to watch for intruders.
"Okay, let me try and get that pulley bar... Can you try looking for something that might let me down, Kaylana?" Reikin reaches for the pulley bar...

Kaylana points to the length of rope on your belt that you got a few posts ago.

Reikin smack his head.
"I'm losing it..." Reikin groans. "It must be all that travelling getting to me." Reikin ties the rope tightly around the pulley bar. He gives it a quick, strong tug for safety and then proceeds to climb down in with Kaylana.

You make it down without trouble. You continue on until you come to a small chambre. There is a strange, hastily built wall to your left, and a dark pathway to your right.

[Bashae]

Reikin tries to disassemble the wall.

Kaylana stops you. "This wall is the only thing keeping the dark one from escaping. The pathway behind it leads to the entrance. The dark one is down this way..."

[Bashae]

"You sure a wall like that could stop this 'dark one'?" he asks Kaylana as he proceeds down the passageway.
