I'm making public my current progress with the classes. That page is rough, has scattered notes, and it is not final... But it's fairly close to the way things will turn out. Some trees are still incomplete, some are very detailed with even some ability notes, and others are like the current trees but with altered names or descriptions. I highlighted the completely new stuff, as well as most of the changed aspects. A few names were changed as well, but those classes shouldn't be difficult to match with the current ones.

At this point, I believe that I have included every tree that I plan to introduce when the new system becomes official. One can see, though, that the concentrations are not all complete... At this point, assume that every tree will have four concentrations in the end.

Also, I am announcing the planned stat updates now. These, too, are not final (in fact they are still in concept)... But they reflect what may come. The only changes to the stats will involve abilities, I won't list any that have no effect on using them (like vitality and constitution).

Currently we just have "Energy" as a spendable stat pool for abilities. This will cause balance problems in the new system, for while we want branching out to be effective, there should be room for specialization so we aren't masters of everything. All of these can also be used to affect certain specific abilities in other ways... It would be more tactical than just having everything in one stat.

These are the stats that I am thinking...


Physical Stats

- Strength: Will have an effect on standard attacks in the same way as currently.

- Stamina: Will be spendable "energy" for physical attacks. Upon depletion there will be a certain undetermined status effect induced.


Arcane Stats

- Affinity: Will have similar world and item related uses. It will also determine how much "energy" you have for magic and arcane abilities. Your post count will have nothing to do with "energy" after the update.

- Mind: Will have a direct effect on the damage and effectiveness of certain abilities (especially "nukes"). This stat can be attacked and will induce a certain undetermined status effect when depleted.
