Balamb Skill Competitons

When: Once a week Starting January 1st or December 31st for everyone involved in drinking on New years!

What: Competitions involving skill and not combat ability! examples include first to reach certain lvls etc..

Who: Open to all members of balamb at first then expanding to other gardens

Prizes: Ranging from 1000 gp to 5000gp or items ranging from 100 coal to armour and weapons.

At The End of Each Year:
1st: 10000 gp extra and a banner saying Skill Champion 2007 for thier sig
2nd: 8000 gp extra and a banner saying Runner-Up Skill Competitions 2007 for thier sig
3rd: 6000 gp extra and a banner saying Skill Competitions 2007 3rd Place
4th: 4000 gp extra and a banner saying " " " 4th Place
5th: 2000 gp extra and a banner saying " " " 5th Place
