Since the book trick got nerfed, I haven't been able to get to the forgemaster. Since those armors are super-expensive anyway, I was thinking about getting a 15k armor set, but I was unsure as to which one to get. I currently have the 15k Pyromancer top, but I don't care much for it. I'm also sick of using Fire-builds, so I just made an Aeromancer and a Geomancer build. The Geomancer build needs tested, and I don't think it will work that well, but my Aeromancer build looks solid (and I can test with just prophecies and core skills). Keep in mind, Aeromancer Armor takes a rare crafting material that is kinda hard to come by. Oh, and I hate the Hydromancer look, so it's not an option.

So, which 15k set shall I get?

You don't necessarily need an Air build for the Aeromancer's or an Earth build for the Geomancer's... it's mainly about the looks. Well, that's what I think anyway.

But Geomancer's is awesome, I've always liked that set. I pick that.

Go for the Pyromancer's. I have blue dyed Pyromancer's on my Elementalist I believe .

EDIT: You get tutorial arumour, when you do it and get materials/money ect. you can buy full elementalist/pyro I think.

First off, those puns were amazing. I worked over an hour thinking those up.

For 32 (at 16 Earth Magic) seconds, whenever you take or deal elemental or physical damage, that damage is converted to earth damage.

Combine that with Geomancer Armor AND Mantra of Earth, and you are set.

Although your one about Air sounds as though you'd look bad in it, not good.

I just tested the Aero build, and it isn't that great. Apparently, Fire seems to be the only way to go in PVE...

Anywho, now I shall work on my earth build!!! Too bad I can't test until Nightfall.
