I always assumed by sparrow hawk it was meant that they're small, so they eat sparrows, but on the way home today I got thinking maybe it's comparing the size of the two. . . .

What is bamboo?

Then I'm not sure what you want? What things eat it, the life cycle, heck, even the nutrients it has (though, if I remember right, it doesnt provide much, thus Pandas needing to eat alot of it. Though, I could be mixing this up with eucalyptus or something like that) conf.gif

Sorry >_<. *sentence that explains that I can't seem to word properly*

I mean, what kind of plant is it?

Yeah, it doesn't have a lot to it, and if you know what kind of plant it is, you'll be able to think of other animals besides pandas that have to eat a lot of it. Eucalyptus is for koalas bluetongue.gif.

I know Eucalyptus is for Koala's, but I couldnt remember which it was that was poor in nutrients. bluetongue.gif

And if you mean it in that way, I guess I dont know the answer. I just know it is an evergreen and mighty tough when it grows older.

Eucalyptus probably isn't a whole lot higher, mainly depends on the ratio of cellulose (in the wall) to inside. Bamboo is woody, so it has LOTS of cellulose, but even non-woody plants in the same Family are high in cellulose. It's actually a pretty common plant family, in its unnatural form coveted by many.

I know it was about 344 m/s in air, and naturally in water is going to be a lot faster. I think it was something in the vicinity of 1500 m/s, can't remember specifics.

So I found out that the theory is that it has to do with the magnetic coupling of the magnetic field to the size of the disk. I obviously was fed a simplified version, and there are some unclear parts, but it boils down to weaker magnetic fields do not couple as strongly and as such, if there is a larger in flow of mass, it can gain more angular moment over thousands of years and speed up to a millisecond pulsar.
