Here's a thing I just discovered: if you're procrastinating anything, think of the very smallest thing you could do to get it started. For example, you're procrastinating exercise; get your workout clothes on. Works like a charm.

Well, there's almost always tomorrow to do something. And if there is no tomorrow, then that something doesn't matter anyway.
