Hey, I'm stuck on deciding which system is better for me. The 360 or the PS3?

I always wanted to get to the PS3 because GTA4 and Metal Gear Solid 4 were gonna be on it. However, Grand Theft Auto is also going to the Xbox 360 and rumours of MGS4 is gonna go to X360( I remember they ported over MGS2 & 3 to the regular Xbox)

Please help me decide on a system!!

P.S. I LOVE Oblivion and Dead Rising and I want to play it so bad right now. screama.gif
P.S.S. I have a PS2 and atleast 30 games and I don't want to spend 600 bucks just for MGS4

I'd go with PS3. I've played it and it's tight. Plus most of the games cost less. That's just my opinion, I still have a PS2 lol.

You're going to have to make the choice. bluetongue.gif
Dead Rising is only on the Xbox 360 and will probably stay there. Metal Gear Solid 4 sounds like its only going to be on the PS3; it could be ported to the Xbox 360, but those are just rumors. indifferent.gif Those other games sound like they're on both.
Something for the Xbox 360 is you could buy some Xbox games you may want without buying another system, but I don't know if any Xbox games appeal to you.
So... You have to think of what you want the most. bluetongue.gif

The Wii looks awesome. Is it? It's hard to get one, at least in Houston.

If your the type that would normally get an X-Box I'd say 360...if your the Nintendo type or Sony type, get either the Wii or the PS3

Personally, I like the Wii the most, but it's impossible to find in a lot of places. bluetongue.gif

Between the PS3 and the 360, I'd prefer the PS3, although the price tag is a little stupid in my opinion. eek13.gif

I'm heavily favoring the 360 however I have a question.

When I went to connect to Xbox Live what do I buy?

Do I buy the wireless adapater(which costs 100 dollars) and its fine OR I have to buy the adapter AND a router? Im confused. conf.gif

Do you have a wireless network at your house? If you do then you need the adapter. If you don't then you run an ethernet cord (looks like it plugs into a giant phone jack) to the back of your 360 (the giant phone jack).

But I will suggest one thing. If you get live you need the premium pack 360. That way you have a harddrive and a headset (Don't be a NoMiker)

I made a sort of "wish list" for it

Xbox 360- 420 (Its a bundle with the pro pack and comes with Madden 07)
Saints Row- 50
Oblivion- 60
It comes to 530 dollars.

I have to buy the wireless router as I dont have a phone jack in my room.
