FIXED: "Remember Me" Broken

Every time you leave the site you may be logged out. This is a new issue with the update, which to my knowledge fixed the cookie expiration issue, but broke the cookies.

I'll see what I can do to fix it, but note that you will be logged out at least once while I do it. Very sorry for the inconvenience, and I thank everyone for their patience.

Also turned cookie expiration back on for everyone's account security. If you go a week without using a cookie (logging in from a specific computer), the cookie will be made invalid. It helps prevent people from hijacking your account.
