DarkStorm would still be the dedicated roleplay aspect of CurvedSpace, but would we like the Cafeteria to allow more random and casual roleplay threads as well?

Nah, I think it would cause confusion.. there could always be a free roleplay forum in the DStorm area.

Personally, I don't play DS. Zolon tried very hard to get me into it, but to no avail.
The only way I can filter the new posts is by DS and non DS titles. Potentially adding RP convos to the Cafe would be confusing imo.
A compromise could be a mandatory tag for roleplay convos.
i.e. [RP] At the hot dog line

Hmm.. Yeah, I think there's enough people that aren't interested in RPing that it would just cause confusion or annoyance for them. Not saying there shouldn't be somewhere for free RPing to take place, just that it'd probably be better kept out of the general-purpose boards if possible.

Woah thankyou... Yes. The Colosseum works just fine for anything DarkStorm related. No need to bring it to forums that -aren't- Darkstorm related. That would cause mass confusion.

Hmm? I don't believe he meant that he wanted Darkstorm topics in the Cafeteria, but roleplaying topics that aren't related to DS

There isn't really enough interest to justify a secondary roleplay forum. We already have DarkStorm, which is where the roleplayers should be anyway.
But anyway, based on the poll, I am not going to alter the Cafeteria. Thanks for the feedback
