How would everyone like to go skill capping and get the Skill Hunter title? bluetongue.gif

Every weekend, we could all meet up and cap skills in an area or two, where there are skills available for all or most professions.

It'd probably be best if we do this using just one character, because it could take a while to do it over and over again with different characters.

Then, once we finish all areas in one continent, we can go to other continents biglaugh.gif

Of course, this isn't just limited to people who want the Skill Hunter title. If you're desperate for a skill, then you're welcome to hop along. And unlocking these skills can only help if we come round to doing GvG.

So, what say you? bluetongue.gif

Aye, I'm always up for group things, especially skill capping. Are we to settle on a certain time to meet?

If enough people are interested in this, I'm tempted to start this tomorrow. I was planning to begin in the Crystal Desert and cap skills in Thirsty River or Elona Reach (Since these two mission have the same skills available. Dunes of Despair also has the same skills but misses out the Warrior elite, so we won't do this in case someone needs to cap it) and Dragon's Lair for our first get-together. Then we can begin to cap skills in the Shiverpeaks and then the Ring of Fire Islands. Of course, if nobody needs any skills in the Crystal Desert we can jump straight to the Shiverpeaks.

Timezones aren't too much of a problem for now, so I was thinking of this every weekend:

Americans: 7pm EST (Saturday)
Brits: Midnight (Saturday)
Aussies: 11am (Sunday)
New Zealand: 1pm (Sunday)

Feel free to suggest other times TheSmile.gif

As for the skills available, here's a list:

Thirsty River or Elona Reach
Warrior: Warrior's Endurance
Ranger: Marksman's Wager
Monk: Word of Healing
Necromancer: Order of the Vampire
Mesmer: Mantra of Recovery
Elementalist: Ether Renewal

Dragon's Lair
Warrior: Gladiator's Defense
Ranger: Melandru's Resilience
Monk: Shield of Regeneration
Necromancer: Grenth's Balance
Mesmer: Mantra of Recall
Elementalist: Lightning Surge

Stock up on those Signets of Capture biglaugh.gif

I wouldn't mind getting a few of those. I'll think I'll do my Monk for the skills. I'll need to beat THK with him, though.

Aye, I should be there too.

At this rate, we might actually have too many people for the desert. bluetongue.gif

Then again our past history shows the event might have less people than expected. icon_sweatdrop.gif

Sorry for double-post; I've got screenshots from Elona's skill-capping. grnwink.gif

I believe that this "vampire" person is Groban Star. bluetongue.gif Sexy tattoos..

Minions galore.. courtesy of that vampire dude.

Some barraging for good measure..

I realized that I was much taller than Goto. TheSmile.gif

Anyways, that was pretty fun, although it would be better if we got more people. grnwink.gif

Hehe, nice pictures Jaiden bluetongue.gif

But I can't take credit for all of those minions. bluetongue.gif The most I had was about five, because Goto's Olias was just too quick. So I decided to keep healing them for most of the mission, and hope to get some minions for myself when Olias capped out.

Yep, we'll be doing it every weekend. I was hoping to do two areas each weekend, but I think that's too much. So for the weekend coming up, we'll just be doing Dragon's Lair. Here's the list of Elite skills available there:

Dragon's Lair
Warrior: Gladiator's Defense
Ranger: Melandru's Resilience
Monk: Shield of Regeneration
Necromancer: Grenth's Balance
Mesmer: Mantra of Recall
Elementalist: Lightning Surge
