Oh, Jack Thompson, cue your moronic blame of Doom.
A truly horrible day. It just reverts me back to the choice that I'm missing school on the 20th.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

I heard about it in fourth hour today. We watched CNN all hour. I'm appalled at how the death count has risen to 33. I absolutely cannot believe that the police could not catch this guy or get a lockdown into effect within two hours. I'm angered at the needless deaths that occurred because of poor handling of the situation. The guy was on campus for two hours!

Ya, I saw that on CNN. They say about 32 people died. The funny part is that is like the only story the have on CNN, this is basicly what they have been praying for becouse its eather mentioning that or some other car bombing in Iraq wich no one cares about.
Very sad story and it is the most killed in a school in the US. It even beat Collum Bien shooting :/.
They didnt kill the shooter he took his own life.

Yeah, it topped the Columbine Massacre and the Texas University Massacre. Put together.
It only comes in second to the Bath School bombing from like... 1927.

Heard about this on the radio this morning, horrible.
I wish I could say that this kind of thing wouldn't happen if there were less guns around, but sometimes there's just no way to foresee and avoid an event. That being said, I don't know all the details but it sounds like there was a pretty severe lack of communication towards the start.
