Slayers Spear: Causes a Deep Wound if Foe has more health than you. With Illusion of Weakness, this means you will most likely have the chance to cause Deep Wound.
Psychic Instability - The key to this build. Everytime they are interupted *Yes Rangers, I am going to share a Ranger Based Build with this soon.

Disrupting Throw: It interupts if they have conditions, being deep wound and dazed, causing a knockdown.
Awe: While it wont have much time behind it due to not being able to pump stats into Leadership, it still causes dazed, which with a mod for 33% longer dazed is 7 seconds of dazed.
Power Return/Spike and Clumsiness: High Damage interupts to cause more knockdown, interupt, and spike damage.
Biggest issue in my first test run of this build is energy. I may take out one of those final three for a skill that interupts and steals energy. Also, I know I am not doing it well. I suck at mesmer type interupts for now, so it is hard for me to get the timing where I dont waste energy.
Still, I see plenty of issues with the build, true, but I am curious what people think of it.
