Since when it comes to primary professions we're fairly well spread out, I thought that maybe this could help with PvP.
For the primary professions that you know the best (and have played significantly), what do you feel are your greatest weaknesses? Which class gives you the most trouble and what kinds of skills can break your capabilities the most?
Perhaps your weaknesses are shared by others with the same profession. Since we all may not be as familiar with your professions as you are, maybe your information could help us against others in the same situation.
If you don't want to provide your weaknesses, that's up to you. We're all in the same guild though, and we all support each other really well. It could help us work as a team in PvP, or perhaps in GvG if we decide to try it.
I'll have to think about mine for a little bit, but I'll reply with something later.

Elementalists are invincible.
Actually, skills that increase our casting time or Daze hurt us a lot. Mesmers, Assassins and Rangers are particularly threatening. Our wide variety of skills allow us to effectively take down anything quickly, but we, too can also fall fast.

Personally my dervish builds tend to be more affected by conditions than most other forms of attack, but I'm kind of in the minority for not using Avatar of Melandru, there. Umm.. Try to keep them away from you, like most melee characters. Hex snares are quite good if they've got Avatar of Melandru, Water Magic or Illusion have some good ones. Most of their skills are melee or AoE, and even a reasonable amount of their healing is not direct, but achieved through attacks.
Eles are a pretty diverse group in PvP. If they're just nuking, kill them through whatever means as quickly as possible, they're usually not very defensive. Other times you might have to take some enchant removal, Dazed also works wonders as Alpha mentioned. I don't PvP much at all so I can't really add anything very productive.
Also Warriors (or anyone with Warrior secondary) should always have frenzy active, otherwise they'll be called noobs.

Good Idea Goto.
As a Ranger I will use Frenzy with my secondary to stay well away and rain doom upon your heads.
I guess as a Ranger, we suffer from some of the normal melee problems, such as hex's that trigger on attacks and such. This also depends on the type of ranger you go as. If I am going condition, I can just hit once and wait for awhile, but condition removal can be a pain.
Two class that I find particularly irksome for Ranger unless prepared are Mesmers and Assassins. With mesmers, even with Daze, they are still freaking fast with spells, which is a pain since we have arrow flight time to worry about. Best method I have seen yet for a standard bow master against them is to just degen them and run. Sins can be a pain because they can ensure hits pretty effectively, negating our blocking moves, and then they attack fast enough we can't use our slower skills to counter. Best defense I have so far is empathy and throw dirt to make them think twice about trying to hit me.
I guess our biggest weakness is our slower skills and delayed attack time. Do something within that window and you are pretty well off. Also since we arent really high damage hitters, it requires degen and other such effects for us to kill well. We have damage increasing moves, but compared to the other melee classes, they are sort of wimpy.
