The way I play mafia is we take everyone (citizens and mafia ect) then we dont have a clue who anyone is.
We just go around and vote who we think is a mob and that person is out of the game and also reveals them self.
Then the night owls actually know who is i the mob so they try to convince everyone else.
after we voted one person to die he/she dies and then the mob gets to kill soneone else

I was thinking we have the mob and we need like a observer to tell everyone who died on AIM/ MSN IM
and everyone also in the chat room and that is were we choose another person to kill

Erm... If the weird random named Mafia alts are only used to post inside the Mafia Headquarters and normal accounts are used otherwise, the only smods that can see the posts, and thus, the IP Address, of the alts are other Mafia members, and they already know who the other members are bluetongue.gif So it doesn't really matter. And considering that all of the smods probably have the ability to restrain themselves by now when it comes to using mod powers, isn't it likely that the smods wouldn't even try to figure out who the alts are? bluetongue.gif I didn't check the name of people who are playing and see which ones are smods and which of those I'd trust to that, but I think the majority of the smod team is pretty trustworthy.... bluetongue.gif
