A J-mod already confirmed it'd be F2P aswell

I was inches away from leaving runescape for good, and then they added this, they're so cruel =\

I wonder if they'll let you like, toggle the censor on or off for clan chat. I seriously doubt it, but that'd be major awesome points to Jagex.

EDIT: Someone beat me to the F2P, and had a picture too. Shucks :'(

They've been planning on this for ages so i wonder what the chat will look like.
