Seeing the possibilities of the new "clan chat" feature, I'm going to revise the plan I posted a few days ago. Things just got a little easier for us. bluetongue.gif

This is what we will need to do...

**********************************

First, how we need to conduct SeeD...

- USE CLAN CHAT! This is most important. Right now there is no auto-join feature, which is a pain, but it's easy to join so it shouldn't be a reason not to use the chat. Right now our official chat is under Ziggywolf5's name. That's our official chat, and should be the one we all use. There may be an urge to join other chats, whether due to multi-clanning or something else, but really try to be in ours as much as possible if you consider yourself a SeeD.

- Remember that SeeD is your guild. We need to do the things that help with unity. If you want to be a SeeD, then be a SeeD... You'll help to improve the guild feel for everyone. Also remember the important fact that we are largely member-led. You can organize your own stuff if you feel ambitious. Events, specialist groups, mercenary teams, shops, and whatever else. Promotions and wars are really the only things a member cannot directly organize.

- Remember that we have official servers. Since clan chat is so convenient, I'll back down a little on pushing those servers, but just remember that we still have them. bluetongue.gif Just use clan chat! That solves almost everything. bandit.gif

**********************************

Now here's the plan!

- We really, seriously, need to recruit. It doesn't have to be hard. The easiest way is just to tell your friends about us... Those you know in reality, those you meet in-game, and those who may have been SeeDs a long time ago. Also ask your friends to come to events. Another easy way is to invite players during events... Sometimes they even come to the event asking who we are, so don't turn them down. Lastly, if you really want to help SeeD a lot, you can post about us on other communities. Be honest that we've been around since 2001, and are bringing ourselves back to life and are seeking members. Any recruiting will be greatly appreciated by all who want SeeD to be active. icon_worship.gif

- With clan chat here, this just got easier... But we need to be active in-game. That doesn't just mean we need to play the game, but we need to do things as SeeD. Events are awesome, but they're not everything. In fact, we shouldn't really stress over them. What's most important is meeting other SeeDs in-game to do things such as PKing. Again, use clan chat... It'll make this sort of thing much easier, and you'll get more out of SeeD because of it!

- Please try to be somewhat active in SeeD's forums. Discuss Runescape, quests, PKing, and whatever else. Start your own shop if you feel like doing that sort of thing. Just find uses for our forum, because everyone in SeeD probably wants to discuss the game.

**********************************

This is all really easy, and is the least we need to do in order to revive SeeD. Trust me, this is it. Let's try to turn our clan around by September, and then keep moving from there on. We can make 2008 our best year!

... We just need to find ourselves, and be optimistic about our goals. thumb.gif
