Turn off quotes, flood control, and post count.
Make a list of people who choose to participate in an insane-off.

Person with the least posts at the end of the month in the IB gets banned for 15 days.

However .. it's turned on at random points throughout the month, and no one but Cspace (and Kimojuno) knows. After all, we all know that Kimojuno rules Cspace.

Or turn on post count for IB, and turn it off for all other forums. :O But sensible topics moved elsewhere if found in IB.

Well you see, with my idea, it'd give attendees incentive to spam. The encouragement comes from threat of death. Survival of the fittest, in a way.

4)let bespetna take control of your file for a day
