how do you creat moving pictures of yourself?

How do you make it so you can maybe say headbang and put that in a form were I can put it on my myspace pic or avvy?

One would think that you use an appropriate animation program or software package. Photoshop/ImageReady, for example. They're relatively easy to use once you understand the basics.
