Hey, I like it, so it's got to have something going for it
. Which chapter you start with kind of depends on what you want from it. I think the story for Prophecies is the best (Nightfall is good too, but I personally like Prophecies better). You'll have to ask someone else for a recommendation if you like PvP though
, I've never done it.

:withZoo:
Prophecies is always a great place to start, but if you want to make it easiest for yourself, Nightfall is great because it gives you heroes which you can personalise to suit your needs. But then again, that gets kinda expensive. Probably better off as a second chapter.
And like Zoo, I can't really comment on the PvP side of things, simply because i'm a PvE whore.

definitely start with prophecies, it has the core character classes, so you can get started on learning how the different skills work, and get a good head start, you can learn to balance teams effectively, and learn some of the background of what is going on. after you have the basics solid, get nightfall, basically for the heroes, which you will be able to more effectively use since you already have a feel for how the core skills work, then factions and eotn can really be gotten in any order to fill out the skills and stories ^_^ hope to see you soons ^_^

Hehe, once you do get it, make sure to add some of the Officers on the Member list so that they can send you an invite to join the guild
Will make it so much easier to get help that way

Always glad to have more people in the guild, hehe.
I'd agree that Prophecies is the best starting point. There's a few innovations that didn't show up until the later campaigns, but Prophecies spends the longest amount of time bringing you up to speed, the others rush you to level 20 quite quickly. That makes it a bit more forgiving for newbies, you also get a lot of free skill unlocks and stuff from quests, which is very handy at first. Also I guess the areas you go through just seem a bit more varied and interesting, jungles and deserts and icy mountains and even a volcano.
