All your Preparations are removed. Shoot arrows at up to 6 foes adjacent to your target. These arrows strike for +17 damage if they hit.
Staple of the build. Massive damage buff from critical hits makes this very effective against grouped foes. Every critical hit will return 4 energy, so this can be used without any regard to cost.
Keen Arrow

If this attack hits, you strike for +17 damage. If you land a critical hit, you deal an additional +29 damage.
Great damage vs. a single foe. The shot is almost guaranteed to critical, so expect the critical bow damage plus a good 46 on top of that.
Penetrating Attack

If Penetrating Attack hits, you strike for +15 damage and this attack has 20% armor penetration.
Also good at hurting a single foe. The damage buff isn't as strong as Keen Arrow's is, but the armor penetration will do very well to make up for that. Slightly more expensive, though.

Your next 4...8 attacks do an additional +10...20 damage.
Depending on the Norn level, this adds between 40-160 damage to your attacks. You will go through this buff quickly, and the damage is noticeable.
"Finish Him!"

If target foe has less than 50% Health, that foe takes 20...80 damage and suffers from Cracked Armor and a Deep Wound for 5...20 seconds.
This should be standard in every build by now. This skill is insanely powerful and good at finishing off opponents.
Critical Agility

For 4 seconds and 1 second for each rank of Critical Strikes, you attack 33% faster and gain +10...22 armor. This Skill reapplies itself every time you land a critical hit.
You get 18 seconds of this normally, but with Barrage and the IAS this skill offers, you will refresh it on almost every attack. The armor buff is also nice, but the best thing here is the Increased Attack Speed buff. It will really bring up your DPS and provide you with some minor defense.
Critical Eye

For 33 seconds, you have an additional 14% chance to land a critical hit when attacking. You gain 1 Energy whenever you score a critical hit.
Can be kept up indefinitely, and is easy to recast. The energy gain stacks with the Critical Strikes attribute's reward as well, bringing the total energy returned per critical up to 4. With lots of critical hits, you'll be swimming in energy.
Way of the Warrior

For 60 seconds, while holding a non-dagger weapon, you have an additional 31% chance to land a critical hit.
Obviously we're holding a bow, so we get a 31% greater chance of hitting critical. This is a large chunk of the critical percentage you need, so you'll be hurting if it is stripped or interrupted. Good news is you can cast it once and forget about it for a whole minute. This is the last critical buff, so I'll go over how they all stack up now.

Way of the Warrior: 31%
Total: 71% chance of critical hit. So roughly 2 in 3 attacks will be critical hits.
Counters: Enchant strip and blind. Empathy, SS, and IP can be painful.

Fun build =P Only thing I can suggest is maybe Great Dwarf Weapon instead of "I am the Strongest!". Both have the same extra damage, just that GDW will almost certainly last longer (20 seconds instead of [4..8] attacks), and has chance to KD too. Does cost 5 more energy though >.<
EDIT: Oh, and you've got "Way of the Warrior". It's actually called "Way of the Master" (Was warrior for the preview weekend)
