I used to use that as a beast master. Kept me safer, but I didnt have enough marks to use it to full advantage.
I kind of like Discord. Good elite, but I never see any necro using it. SOMETIMES I see a mesmer use it.

I have the suspicion that Alpha might have been joking.
Not sure if it's still true, but Frenzy used to get a lot of use in PvP by warriors. Since they're usually the slowest character to take down they would tend to be ignored for softer targets, so Frenzy could be quite effective. All it took was something like Sprint to cancel Frenzy if you came under attack.
I'm rather fond of Avatar of Lyssa, but I haven't used it since Eternal Aura was released and I don't really see others using it. Gives you a really nice amount of energy and some excellent spike damage against casters, not to mention being cheap. I actually had a pretty deadly Lyssa spiking build in the works at one point, but I never got around to applying it. Still wasn't quite streamlined anyway. Could just about kill off a caster before they had any time to react, though. Particularly something like an ele or necro who have long casting times.
