If you think someone should get a promotion, remember that many of us are capable of giving them now. thumb.gif

Also, if you feel that there's a need, assignments are worthwhile as well. Maybe your faction needs help, maybe you want to organize members for recruiting, or maybe you just want to raid something... Why not post an assignment? If you can't, maybe you should contact someone who can. yes.gif

if your rank will allow you to promote him, then that should be okay. just announce it and tell an smod or cspace so they can make the adjustment.
