Since all caps generally means that someone is shouting, I thought that the forums would be a little better if the excessive shouting were converted into lower-case letters. All the past posts using all caps will not be changed, but from now on, all the new topics will be converted.

So what will this do to your posts? Simply, it will turn topics such as "THIS" into "this". I think that this only applies to the topics though.
