I'll be honest. It's not. The only reason so many people on youtube or whatever fail is because they try to swallow it as soon as they pour the spoonful in. That results in them choking and inhaling even more of it, and with a powder like it is, it can start to burn a bit.
For me, the only difficulty I had was how dry it was. Truth be told, I stopped because I knew I wouldn't be able to get it where I could down it. (Maybe I didn't sway enough.) After the duration of it, my mouth just got so tired I couldn't keep trying.
Plus with it being as dry as it is, you heard me say it was like chewing ground up chalk, that's what it was like. It's incredibly hard to chew or move, so it wore me out.
I'm sure I'll be able to successfully do it if I were to try it again, because now I know what to expect.
Just if you try this, =keep your mouth closed=. You =will= inhale, and you =will= choke.
