Nor is he early! He updates precisely when he means to...

Which happened to be exactly one minute before midnight, which was the time I stated.

The updates are mostly in the background, but they are deceptively large. Sorry that new features aren't everywhere, although some new stuff is scattered around if you look carefully.

Thanks for your patience, this long update had to happen sometime.

Performance, security, that sort of thing. You might be able to see the difference when using the search feature (or looking at LotPW

).

When I say "background", I usually mean updates that aren't really visible.

There are minor feature updates here and there, but as far as I know, there's nothing really worth mentioning.

Well, the gallery got the most visible updates. It's easier to search the gallery, you can subscribe to members' galleries (like subscribing to threads), more information is visible on the image pages... And go ahead, click an image there to enlarge it (you may be surprised).

Nice, the gallery is looking more and more tempting. I'm desperately trying to get back into digital artwork, in which case I could start adding stuff in the Creativity section.

BTW, a suggestion for the main gallery page... For each section it shows the last image uploaded, and then below that something like:

Instead could it say something like this:

Also, could clicking on that picture just direct you to the section's main page, instead of to that picture? It's not very obvious that the titles are links themselves to the galleries.

Also, are there notifications if someone comments on your images? Or notifications if someone else comments on an image you've already commented on?
