Nope. Zoom in close enough and you'll see imperfections, especially at the atomic level. If you are referring to an immaterial circle (not made up of matter or energy), then it also doesn't exist by definition.
Yet the concept of a perfect circle exists, and thus, it exists.

Concept / (e * t) = Reality / (e * t)
where e = energy and t = time
concp = raliy
2conp = raliy
Not much else I can do. Anywho, what I mean by that is, just because you conceive of it doesn't make it real. I can think of a flat Earth, but does one exist? No.

Ah yes, and how long ago was it that everyone knew the earth was flat?
Relatively, not long. Under this rationale, how can one absolutely know that a perfect circle doesn't exist? One cannot, though it's a relatively good assumption considering the world we live in and the positions science and philosophy are at at this point in time. It hasn't been proven wrong, therefore it can't simply not exist because one states it doesn't. Unless one is a nihilist I guess.

I understand the argument from ignorance there. However, here we do not need to go to this argument at all. Circles are two-dimensional objects. We live in a universe that contains many dimensions, and these are known to be folded and curved. In such a universe, it can be said that it is impossible for a perfect circle to exist. Outside the known universe, there may exist a perfect circle. However, unless you go there and actually find one, you are not in a position to affirm the positive.
Anyway, this topic is inane for me and we really can't reach any conclusion at this stage. I say we spam!

No, you assume that there is a difference between concept and reality, yet I'd like to see you prove that there in fact is a reality beyond the one you can sense. All our so-called "facts" are based upon the assumption that there is a stand-alone world outside our mind, an assumption that cannot be proven in any way. So I really fail to see where the difference between concepts and realities lies.
When you think of a flat Earth, it exists just as much as a spheric Earth, simply because the spheric Earth also only exists because of you thinking of it.

Precisely.
This is more what I was going towards as well.
