What do you see as the best ways for members to improve our guild and community? CurvedSpace and the Order revolve around what our members want to do, because with members leading events and other stuff, we would easily do everything that we all want. In Runescape (for example), if our members wanted to PK, we PKed. If we wanted a party, we had a party. If the members organize what they want, individually, we would provide for anything the guild potentially wants to do! thumb.gif

That was our basis in member leadership. It should still apply today, but we've all fallen somewhat silent when it comes to organizing our own guild. We need to realize this again, because this freedom was the reason we succeeded before. If we don't take advantage of it now, we're not going to reach our potential again.

So let's discuss what we should do. What do we need, what can our members provide, and how can we organize ourselves to accomplish our goals? thumb.gif

If we can get one group of people to successfully host an event, recruit, etc. in their faction, then that should get the ball rolling. I think it's easiest to increase activity faction by faction. The problem is that everyone is too busy or too lazy to form a group that gets something accomplished.
