It is indeed a jaguar. Most easily distinguishable in this view from leopard by the dot(s) in the center of the rosettes. If you get to see the whole animal there's actually quite a marked difference in the shape of the head of a jaguar, it's even blockier than the male leopards'.

Considering the number of people who think our leopards are cheetahs, despite having JUST walked past the cheetah enclosure, I would forgive you for mixing up a leopard and a jaguar , until you decide to post information on the internet about one or the other with the wrong picture .
