Is there any possible way that several lower ranked members can appoint one higher ranked member even if its not in there power limit? There hasn't been any activity in here lately and maybe its because no one can really appoint each other.

just an idea...

I doubt that if someone is of a lower rank, even if there are a lot of people wanting it, that they could raise someone who has a higher rank to another rank. If that isn't what you meant, let me know.

it is what i mean't, but if no one can raise anybody else, then this becomes sort of stalemate for all.

true...but a majority of the higher tiers rarely appoint younger ones. If we can't find a way to advance then new members who are looking at this tier system as fun system to join, won't.

Why not private message this topic to higher tiered members? grnwink.gif

That would help, but they should already be checking on these forums, thats why they have such high tiers.
It should not be our duty to inform them of this, but i have pm'ed C. TheSmile.gif

Well, it's been over three weeks since I appointed Aaron to veteran so I could promote another person. The problem is I don't see anything going on here. I don't see any reason to promote people when they aren't acting and then have nothing to offer when they actually begin being productive.
I don't really see how this idea would help; this would still be stagnated, just with people with higher ranks.

Well, the main reason that only higher Tier'd members can promote is to keep the highest Tiers less common. This way it becomes a bigger deal with each promotion that a member receives. Anyone can suggest promotions to those with higher Tiers, however, and I'm sure that some would consider it. thumb.gif

Members can get creative with organizing ways to do this, as well, just as long as the Tier permissions and three-week limitations still apply. If someone would like to use his or her own promotions to organize something that involves everyone, including what you're suggesting, then that's fine.

but none does anything around here, the high tiers have to make missions. When i request they make em, they create some however they never come back to look at them. Its gotta be a two way thing, not one

Everyone is lazy, plain and simple. We haven't yet found a catalyst.
