The relatively large stone building is home to the selection of public texts in Trabia. A sign at the door says, "Sorry, we're still building our collection." Inside, the building seems larger due to the small amount of shelves and even fewer books. At the front, a librarian sits at a desk.
OOC: When I decide to not be lazy, I'm going to add some texts to the Public Codex that I will linked to here. Less clutter that way. So when that finally happens, ask the librarian, browse, etc. and you'll get a link to whatever.
