About The New Shop Items

Update: They turned out to be redundant at the moment, so I removed them temporarily.

Anyone who looked in the shop recently has probably seen a number of odd DS items. These are items that can be used by any or all of one's characters, and generally either have persistent effects or can be "used" many times for some sort of result. Some have direct effects like the Tokens, which will generally be used as multipliers for certain abilities, while others could influence quests or possibly give some other bonuses. All GMs should take these items into consideration when a player uses those which influence quests and events.

They are not required. I don't want Credits or Post Count to provide significant bonuses. However, they could be useful for certain things, and I want to reward members for being active.

Expect some other items to appear, such as items that will permanently boost certain stats for all of one's characters. They will probably be made after DS2 is ready.

Variables in certain abilities, mostly. They're also potentially a prerequisite for certain things.

Well, that's not very specific, now is it? bluetongue.gif None of them have descriptions on what they do, so I was kind of looking for a more... exact answer. As in... what is the unique effect of each one on one's character? bluetongue.gif Or something like that. I can't remember any more.

They were going to be variables in another set of leader abilities, but they're turning out to be redundant, so I'm removing them for now.
