Name: Verdent Lowe
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Home Town:
Leader: None (Loner)
Mastered Classes:
-Ranger
-Shaman
-Seer (though he doesn't know it)
Trade:
-Hunter

Appearence:

Verdent is a utilitarian. He keeps his appearence sensible, and everything he carries is important. His brown hair never comes down far enough to cover his eyes, which are a dark brown of their own. He is tall, with four inches over six feet with his boots on. He carries a longbow, rifle, and {expletive run over by Cspace} sword on his back, with a bandolier of shot, powder, and herbs hung across his chest. On his hip hangs his quiver, always well stocked but never overfull. His somber outfit of browns and greens is further masked by his cloak, which is long, coming close to his heels, which is sewn with loops in the fabric to hold branches, twigs, leaves, and debris from his environment. His hood never covers his head in cities or on roads, as he loves the feeling of the wind blowing through his hair. Those who have known him longer than others remark on his keen senses and fast reflexes, sometimes appearing to know things are going to happen just before they do. Verdent is no optimist. Tucked into his tall leather boots are two knives, and he always has another handy... Somewhere.

History:

No one knows truly where Verdent was born or raised, and some doubt even he does. When he does rarely speak, he is careful to say nothing about himself. All that is known of him was learned by people journeying with him.

Techniques:

-Ranger:
--Short-Range Tracking - Looking around for tracks and other signs of passage, a ranger is capable of tracking down a target.
--Long-Range Tracking - Feeling the winds and what they carry, sometimes a ranger can sense battles from a great distance.
--Ranger's Stealth - In the wilderness, a ranger is able to move quickly without being seen.
--Hidden Shot - With a bow, a ranger can loose an arrow from behind cover while potentially maintaining stealth.
--Sniper Shot - From a great distance, a ranger can accurately fire a rifle at a target.
--Detect Disturbance - An experienced ranger can locate stealthed adversaries in the wilderness.
--Vital Sweep - With a melee weapon, a ranger knows where to strike an adversary to cause higher damage than usual.
--Quick Strikes - Wearing light armor allows a ranger to swing a weapon more quickly than most other fighters.
--Pull Arrow - If an adversary was struck by an arrow, a ranger at close range can pull the arrow to cause more damage.
--Venom Arrow - To cause lasting damage, a ranger can apply venom to an arrow before releasing it.

-Shaman:
--Locate Ambervine - Ambervine is known to be effective for quickly healing injuries.
--Locate Firebloom - Firebloom can be used to produce an acidic potion.
--Locate Serpentvine - Serpentvine is highly poisonous when crushed in water, or even more poisonous when dissolved in a firebloom potion.
--Locate Kindleweed - Even if wet, kindleweed can easily be ignited.
--Locate Night Moss - In a crushed form, night moss is known to induce sleep very quickly.
--Locate Moonflower - The pollen of a moonflower can neutralize most kinds of venom and poison.
--Locate Whisperleaf - When eaten, a whisperleaf can help fight sickness.

-Seer:
--Foresight - A seer tends to have an unnatural sense of the future. It is not absolute, but this sense can provide warnings of various events before they happen. Most seers can only see a few days into the future, but a few are powerful enough to see much further.
--Farsight - With great concentration, a seer can see things in the spatial realm that are otherwise out of the seer's normal view. In other words, a seer can move his or her sight to another location. This can potentially be very distant.
--Early Response - During battle, a seer can sense incoming attacks before an attacker actually takes action.
--False Prediction - Often a seer is asked for guidance before important decisions are made. If the seer has other motivations, he or she can give a false prediction.
--Odds of Victory - A seer will often have a very good feel for the odds of victory. If a seer advises against fighting or gambling, then it should be taken seriously.
