1) We go out and make friends with guilds in the games we play. We host some big events, which will hopefully be enjoyed by all guilds that are involved. We can be blamed for making chaos again (
), but we can also get some competitive stuff happening between the guilds and maybe give smaller guilds something to shoot for.

3) We keep the events coming at a realistic pace, but once enough are backing the mercenary service, we go to the communities and advertise it. We advertise both to players who want to be mercenaries, and to guilds that need help.
4) We benefit from new members, and allied guilds benefit from increased visibility. All involved hopefully enjoy the missions.
It would be a cycle that, alongside conventional advertising, recruiting, and events, should bring new life and challenges to our gaming side. Anyone who is not here for the games would also enjoy more activity on our forums.
