New quest called Legend's Quest.

From News and Updates section:

Grand Vizier Radimus Erkle wishes it to be known that a new Guild now exists for the truly Legendary Citizens of RuneScape!
Anyone who wishes to access this Guild must accept the challenge of a Quest to map the southern end of Karamja, a dense and forboding area called the Kharazi Jungle.

While there you'll need to make friends with the natives of the Jungle and bring back a fine trophy to display in the Legends Guild Main hall.

This is the 50th Quest we've released, and so to celeberate it's one of the largest yet!

Only serious applicants need apply for the Legend's Quest.

Skill requirements:    Level 52 Mining   Level 50 Agility
  Level 50 Crafting  Level 50 Smithing
  Level 50 Strength  Level 50 Thieving
  Level 50 Woodcutting  Level 45 Herblaw
  Level 42 Prayer
Members only:    Yes

New stuff:

-Dragon Shield
-Legend's Guild
-White Cape
-Some cert guy in Yanille who certs all Super potions, prayer restore potions, dragon bones and limpwurt roots
-And probably some other stuff

(Some of these might only be rumours)

Yes, it is the Legends guild.
This means potion and dragon bone certs.
Dragon square shield is also released bluetongue.gif

I'd get hopes up. I zoomed in, and compared to bronze chain. The one worn in the pic is slightly more reddish. Translation: Helloooooo dragonchain. grnwink.gif
