I'm not really that into it, to tell the truth... But from talking with those who are, it seems that a thread like this should be pinned here.


This is where to keep an updated list of the anime and manga that you like. For someone who is not as into it, maybe say which is the most accessible (easiest to like). Then for those who are, maybe it'll give everyone something to talk about in another thread.

Please just reply with your list, and use other threads to discuss specific series.

Anime: Bleach, FMP, FMA, FSN (Whaaa, too many three-letter acronyms that start with Eff), Hayate (only started now, but it's hilarious ), School Rumble... Those are the ones I really like, and will watch again (if not continuing to atm) when I get some time.

I stopped watching anime XD It takes waaaaaaaay too long as shown with Naruto Shipuuden -.-

As for manga... that's a long list XD but for the sake of people who are bored and want to read something...

Well I keep up to date with Bleach and Naruto, even though they've been a bit meh a lot of the time recently.

Umm... What else have I been looking into... Not too much recently, but there's a few things I've been meaning to see more of. Rat mentioned Hayate no Gotoku, that's a good one. I should watch more of Code Geass, got a few eps of that then got distracted with other things. I've been watching Nodame Cantabile at weekly anime screenings at uni, but not sure how strongly I'd recommend that one generally. I was rewatching FMA a while back, I know it gets mentioned a lot but it's just really well made, and there's a great blend of action, drama and comedy.

Not sure what else is current, off the top of my head. I might have a few new series to recommend within a week or so, though. There's a local anime festival thing I'm planning to attend, and they usually have lots of screenings running. Oh, I did quite like the start of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, even if I have the feeling that there's a lot of japanese-related puns and humour flying right over my head.

nah, it's just they can't keep shows on it cause of copyright. They are debating to move it to Virgin or something instead of sky
