I figured that since the shop is gone, we should have something else to shoot for... So I created something that is a bit more permanent, and should hopefully have more of a purpose. This is also something to build on the previous Medal field, as well as to a certain extent the "SeeD Rank" and "Arbiter Tier" fields.

I made a list of commendations that members can go for. Some are awards, and some are given for meeting prerequisites. They pretty much encompass everything, and the list will surely grow over time.

Every commendation also has an icon that can be displayed in one's signature, or wherever else one wants to show it. Small variations of each will also be available very soon. They can be included in other images, or conveniently linked together like:

No, but the awarded ones would be based more on stuff that happens from now on.

They're not supposed to be claimed by the member. Those without prerequisites are awards, while those with prerequisites can be claimed. Also, those that say a commendation is "given" are considered awards. Those a member can claim would say "claim" in the description.

For example, a member can claim Dragon Slayer for oneself. There's no question about it if the member accomplished it. On the other hand, the Administrative Commendation cannot be claimed by the member.

So, for the Event Victory Commendation, are we allowed to claim it if we've claimed victory in an event in the past? Or should that one, at least, only count for from now on?

I think it would be fine to claim it for past victories. I'll post a thread about that in a few minutes.
