I have been thinking about a few things lately and have been wondering why I sometimes find myself doubting what it is I know. I get nervous when it comes to

speaking in public, especially if I know what I am speaking about, and there are times I can even think of words. Why do you think this happens? Does this happen

to you? Is it all in our head? Are we crazy? Is it normal? Do we have to fear? Debate.
