I'll think about some things I can do to help.

Change has been overdue for a long time? xD The organization of the guild/clan/community/whatever it is we call it now seems to change every few months!

For example, in April, we changed to having three divisions -- Shinra, Mi'ihen, and SeeD, which each handled a specific aspect of the site -- Administration, Creativity, and Gaming. That was a pretty big change... And, personally, I thought it was working pretty well xD Then, suddenly, at the end of July... Divisions are no more! And SeeD becomes a 'multi-game mercenary guild' or something. And while I am unsure of -why-, it is a major change nonetheless. Such changes have been occuring on an almost scheduled basis for the past several years. How can you possibly say change is overdue? Curvedspace is as ever-changing as the surface of the ocean in a storm xD
