There's now a welcome message for guests on the homepage. It only appears if you're not logged in, but provides a few nifty links for newcomers. Now you can send someone the URL without having to explain everything. bluetongue.gif

For those who are logged in, the Shout Out has returned. Important updates and various messages will be shown there.
