A man wearing a brown cloak with a hood stands next to a sign reading "Sailor or Captain Wanted". No one seems to be paying much attention to the man. He seems to be looking around; it's hard to tell where exactly he's looking due to the hood. He pulls out a small bottle and takes a swig before putting it back.
