Update.
20 levels to go.
Now it will start to get really hard to lvl.
Good job though! End game raids are the funnest part of WoW (my opinion)
PS: stay ret till 80, don't listen to what anyone tells you about going prot or holy for 5 man raids, you will have a harder time questing.
Try to get some holy or prot gear for 80 at lvl 78 start collecting. I don't know how accepted ret pallys are now adays in guilds since I dont play WoW anymore but almost no guild would accept a ret pally. I would recommend going holy since raids need a lot of healers and only a few tanks and there are so many dps classes.
Also don't be worried to much about getting gear becouse at 80 get a guild to lead you into the beginning end game raids so you can start replacing a lot of gear with epics.

Well, I just created a guild a few days ago, (<Dont Panic>), and we're comprised of the employees from every GameStop chain around my district. We're more a social guild trying to get all our friends to join, and past that we're working to be a leveling guild. One day we'll be a raiding guild, but I'm most concerned about getting all my buddies to join and helping them powerlevel their way up to this tier or so.
And as for Ret, I plan on staying ret through most of my WoW existence. I've never respec'd before, so it'll be cheap, but when I hit 80, I'm going to dabble in a few other builds just to see what works. Ret is my favorite though, and I intend to stick to that spec.
Thanks for the input.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Thats cool,
If you need any good advice from a well experienced ret/holy pally (alliance) don't be afraid to ask.
