Likely Moderator Changes

- I will be looking for new moderators ( ). The focus right now is activity and promotion/recruiting, so if you've been around a while and would like a mod position, helping with those things will be the best way to show it. Threads, blogs, galleries, and guild activity will be considered the most. Moderators aren't only here to use their powers, but to help keep stuff happening.
- There may be one or two new SMod positions for current moderators, and one GMod position for a current SMod. Again, I'm looking for someone who wants to help with activity.
- On a similar note, I haven't forgotten the commendations. Some of the awarded ones are a big deal, and there's no limit to how many members can receive them, so everyone has a chance at them. Just help out with stuff and you never know what might happen! Remember that even new members can go for the big commendations, unlike the mod positions which are more limited.

Sweet Goodness. I remember what happened to me when I made moderator. *Shiver*
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

I think its just becouse most of the cool old mods and members have no time for stuff like gaming and chatting online. I don't even game as much as I used to or even 10% as much. This site is really nice and I check it daily, but I am very disappointed at the inactivity.

I partially agree, its still active, just not AS active...kind of like that city in the movie "Cars". Its a small active community, but its just not like what it used to be, lol.

The point everyone keeps trying to make is that if you don't like the inactivity, you have to do something about it. Simply talking about is solves exactly nothing. It doesn't even bring attention to it, since it is an obvious thing.
[I know, pot, kettle, but I'll put it this way: I'm not complaining about it. I do what I can, which I know isn't much because my head is in other really serious places (I'd rather not be there, but that can't be helped right now).]
[I also know the other possibly obvious response, but it's not my place.]

We can be a community that whines about inactivity... alot.
